My name is Christopher Alan and I am running for Green Tree Council.

Green Tree has always been home to me. It’s a strong, vibrant community where neighbors look out for one another and people take pride in where they live. I’m running for Borough Council because I want to help keep Green Tree a great place to live, work, and grow while ensuring that everyone has a voice in the decisions shaping our town.

As a local business owner, I understand how important it is to be involved and invested in the future of Green Tree. I’ve always believed in giving back, whether through supporting the library’s Summer Reading Program, contributing to the Green Tree Woman’s Club, and donating candy from Scoozie’s and special Halloween buckets for the Green Tree Halloween Parade.

It is important to me to bring small businesses back to our community and welcome entrepreneurs into our neighborhood to provide plenty of awesome places to patronize in our community.

You may have seen me at Light Up Night, leading the community wreath class, or recently calling Bingo numbers at Aiken Elementary School—all moments that reflect my passion for bringing people together and making Green Tree the best it can be.

Now, I’m ready to take that commitment even further. If elected, I will prioritize open communication and work hard to keep Green Tree the strong and welcoming community we all love.
